Shoes


Calamity Kim ,who I think is just too stinkin' talented for words, came up with this adorable bootie pattern.
I tested the pattern out of old levi's and a hankie.

The pattern goes together perfectly.

You can find the pattern in Kim's etsy store.

Here is the one she did out of recycled sweater wool and quilting cotton.

Very sweet.

Rose parade update: ahh Da Bomb!

Hankerchiefs

What to do with a bin of old hankies?

Yes, I said a "bin" of them.

A box of pins?

I love the large quilter pins.

I can feel them, I can see them and I can usually find them.


And some spare time to play around with an idea?

No cutting.

Just pinning and stitching.

I'll show you if it turns out!
