I'll be gone for a week

What I love about blog buddies.
You ask for one, they send you six!

These charms are from Miss Viv out on a whim.

Vivian was a RED Art Project artist.
She has been creating the cutest, tiny felted, critters and will teach you how to "paint your kitty into a blob" .

It's time again for the

This is so much fun. Hubbie and I participated for the first time this last year.

We're going to do it again. There is still plenty of time to sign up.
Lucy does such a great job putting this all together.
You can order it finished up or in a CD format that you take to your local copy store. It's laid out perfectly and takes them about 5 minutes to print it and spiral bind.

I did mine with a print of my fiber art under a clear vinyl cover. We also used some of Hubbies art and Material Girls photos for the other covers.

The tabs I added, to find the months quickly since I use mine as my daily planner.

Well, I'm off to Texas for the

"Child Safe, Hope and Healing for Sexually Abused Children" fundraiser.

Hubbie is a featured artist at the event.

The word is it's 98 degrees with 62% humidity in San Antonio!

Yuck!

******************

One last silly before I leave,

The cast of characters:

Burbank Baby: My Daughter

Fellow Employee: Someone who my daughter works with

Dog: A very large white Bull dog

Husband: Someone in need of a wife

Burbank baby gets a phone call from a fellow employee.

"Can you come into work and cover my shift immediately. I have a family emergency. My husband called and said he just threw up on the dog and the dog is cowering in the corner. He doesn't know what to do. I told him to go to bed and I would come home and take care of everything."

Oh, what would the world be like without women?

Safe travels & may the heat and humidity take a break while you are there. :)

those charms are delightful & I really love what you did with your 2009 diary! I just might have to do something similar for the 2010 diary - what a PERFECT daily planner ... that's one I might actually USE, too!
