Ein Blumchen Fest

Now that spring has sprung are you ready to tip toe through the tulips?

Are you itchin to pick bouquets of wild flowers wherever you go?

Do you get the urge to sing out in German?

OK,
maybe not the last one,
but you have to admit this is pretty darn cute!

This is another Life Through Art Workshop we are doing at the
Ferrini Gallery in Napa, CA.

And Ferrini Gal is who created this sweet vignette.

Very Cute. Makes me want to dig out my copy of Alice's Abenteur im Wunderland (Yes, it is auf Deutsch - and very fun to read)

This Little Bunny is a charmer...

And YES! I'm singing in GERMAN.

Race you to the tulips?

Oh, but my rabbit feet seem to have slowed down these days to smell the ROSES.

You are a WINNER in my book!

xo, monica :)

Hmmm maybe not a German song. However there is a lot of German influence in music, dance, art, and architecture especially on the western coast. In fact Banda which is the Mexican version of Country Western you can often hear the sounds of a polka!! :)

Happy Spring Day!!

Just BEAUTIFUL! It is surreal to see such a beautiful creation and be reminded of Tiny Tim singing Tip Toe Through the Tulips at the same time! I have always been fascinated by these vignette eggs . . . and actually Tiny Tim for that matter. Wish I could take the class but I'm off on another lengthy trip soon. Maybe you'll post pictures for us?

It's always a pleasure to visit your beautiful and interesting blog!

Hey Lady! I have been in kind of a health slump,, but am coming out of it, just like spring has sprung in Oregon with our Daffodil's blooming... Love your new work! Amazing! Hope your coming to Woodburn soon!

Yes to all the above, and I can even sing a version of the "Hoky Koky" in German and sometimes do. Happy Spring and best wishes with the event. hugs Margie.

Terisa,
If I lived nearby I would be knocking on the window and saying "Let me in!" These are so adorable.
