White Chocolate Roses

This was happening on my kitchen table the other evening.

My Action Hero daughter had a friend over and they were busy creating white chocolate roses.
They informed me they needed this:

Could someone please tell me if that's true?

It is true! It really is! My daughter added the glitter dust to a teatotaler friend's fondant wedding cake, and tried vanilla . . . it worked, too. Evaporates nicely, but may not be as much fun as vodka! {And is waayy more expensive . . . unless you buy the Really good stuff} {grin}

Yes, like Debbi said it is the evaporation factor in alcohol that you need to adhere the luster dust to the fondant/chocolate. If heaven forbid, you didn't have any alcohol, you could dust it on anyway and it would work.
The roses are gorgeous as is your blog!
