Beggars gift

MUSHROOMS
When you're a child of the 60's, mushrooms are know for there ability to enhance a psychedelic experience .
This is characterized by allowing one to obtain creative exuberance of the mind, liberating it from its "ostensibly ordinary fetters".
Enjoy the following
psychedelic experience
with me.

Kathryn Ivy gives free instructions how to knit them.

Karissa Cove sews up bowls of them.

Elsa Mora, better known for her papercuts, is also accomplished in "anything she touches!" paints and felts them.

Barbra, at Craftsty woodcuts them.

Odile, at Woollyfabulous buttons and zips them.

Bella Dia stitches and stuffs them.

Vanessa, at A Fanciful Twist designs them with "creative exuberance" and she's too young to be a 60's child.
Go here to download her free holiday gift tag.

And I stitch, stuff, cut and glue mine to "liberate my mind from it's ostensibly ordinary fetters"!
Actually it is the "beggars gift" I set to Kari at ArtsyMama.
Do you know why?

These are just too cute. Everything does come back around again. I remember mushroom designs from the 70's. I love the new twist on an old character.
Hope you are enjoying the season.

Why did the other vegetables want to hang out with the mushroom?

Because he was a fungi.
