I drove to Port Costa, California with my friend Marie. She owns a great shop here in Napa called, Ferrini Gallery. It comes up on my cell phone as "Ferrini Gal", which I think is really funny. Ferrini Gal has a blog registered, but has yet to post anything. My goal is to get her and GlamMa into the blog world this next year. Both are way to creative to keep their talents to themselves.
Ok, back to Port Costa. After driving a narrow and windy road to the very end and park,
I see this...
And this...
And this...
Peak into this...
And arrive here...
Can you guess where we are?
We are entering into the fantasy world of Wendy Addison, the "queen of silver German glass glitter"!
There she stood behind the counter, next to the vintage cash register. Quietly weaving together a gold and silver dipped, foiled and carved leaf wreath, she warmly greeted us, walked over and hung it on the door.
